The purpose of data processing on this website is to inform about the products and services of our company and to enable the users to directly contact the responsible person in our enterprise.

- Article. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR on the processing of personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

On this website, data will be collected and saved by using the web analytics software Matomo (a service of the provider InnoCraft Ltd., 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, www.matomo.org). Data collection and storage is performed on the basis of our legitimate interest to statistically analyse the users’ behaviour for the purpose of optimisation and marketing according to article 6 (1) lit f GDPR. To the same objective, these data may be utilised to generate and analyse pseudonymised user profiles. In doing so, cookies might be employed. Cookies are small text files that are locally saved in the browser cache of the website visitor and which allow, among other things, to recognise the internet browser. The data collected by using the Matomo Analytics technology, including your pseudonymised IP address, are processed on our servers.
Contact Form
If you write us by using our contact form, the data you enter into the form are used to process your request. Legal basis for the transfer of data to us is your consent according to article 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You may withdraw your consent for the future at any time. Your data will then be deleted. If your inquiry is not associated with a legal obligation to retain data (e.g. in case of an order), your data will be deleted after three years.
